ABOUT

Draco's work is about creating spaces for people. Offices are all about the people who work in them. What we do is about you. We deliver office designs that reflect the image, business needs and objectives of the clients we serve.
With over 28 years of experience, we are able to quickly get on board with the objectives in any project we are fortunate enough to be a part of.

  • We understand people well,
  • We read between the lines,
  • We understand the subtleties of what isn't being said,
  • We understand the meaning of what is shared,
  • We interpret words into three-dimensional design solutions.

Trends are important. We are on top of knowing them all, but it's not always the best business decision to follow or employ the latest trend...even if everyone is doing it. We know how to guide clients to the right solution.

We focus on why people choose to work. Most people will say they work to create income, because they have to. The reality is most people work because they want the feeling of accomplishment, of contributing, overcoming challenges, being appreciated for a job well done. In the United States, people may say they associate their success with the money they make or the revenue and profit they achieve. Their personal satisfaction truly comes from being with others, the social aspects of being a part of a successful company. It's a feeling of pride.

By choosing to focus on people and enhancing their ability to do what their job requires we make every company more successful. We create improved efficiency, increase the top line and the bottom line.

It goes without saying every project must meet the stakeholder's goals, must be on time and on budget. The project is just that-a project. The final design is what lives and breathes and has the potential to effect the company's long terms performance.
